App Not Working

This app worked fine for years but about two weeks ago, for whatever reason, it turned dark on the screen and has the work “Waiting” underneath. Clicking on it does nothing, it can’t be deleted and reinstalled, restarting the iPhone 5 doesn’t work. I’ve written to Accuradio for clues but received no response so far. I wonder if anyone else has had this problem.
